We want you to shop at Zylornia with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return.

• • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
